Fitness Center at The Highlands

Achieving your fitness goals is fun and convenient in our new, state-of-the-art Fitness Center. The Highlands’ Fitness Center features an exercise room with fitness equipment designed for older adults and a heated, indoor, saltwater pool that is always 86 degrees.

With 24-hour access to fitness equipment and a variety of unique group fitness classes, open swim, water recreation classes, yoga, Tai Chi, and personal training, our residents enjoy abundant opportunities for pursuing a healthy lifestyle. In fact, almost 40% of our residents participate in some type of physical activity.
