The Estates are cooperatively-owned cottage style residences on a wooded campus adjacent to The Highlands Maine Lodge. During construction Estates owners may customize their homes with options such as sun rooms, fireplaces, skylights, cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors.

Every home includes two bedrooms and two baths, a living room/dining room area, large closets, and storage space above the garage. All are constructed upon a four foot foundation using quality materials and outstanding craftsmanship.

A monthly fee covers insurance, property taxes, maintenance and trash removal, snow plowing, lawn mowing, water and sewer, housekeeping services, 24-hour emergency response, as well as access to the Maine Lodge and the amenities listed below.

The Highlands Estates covers dozens of acres of Maine woodlands. The Estates provides privacy amid some of the most spectacular scenery in the area. Beautiful ravines and woods with marked trails and a creek are available for exploration among the pines, with areas for great bird watching.
