Directions

Traveling on I-295 Northbound, take Topsham Exit 31. (Southbound, Exit 31A) Turn right on Route 196. At the fourth traffic light, (Toyota dealership on corner) turn right on U.S. Route 201 (Main Street). Go about a mile to the next light, turn left onto Elm Street. Go about a third of a mile, driveway to The Highlands is on the left.
 
From US Coastal Route 1: Take Route 1 to the Topsham/Route 196 West exit, cross over the Androscoggin River.  At the first traffic light, turn right onto a spur to Route 24.  Turn right onto Middlesex Road (Route 24). Drive under the overpass and you are now on Elm Street.  The entrance to The Highlands is ½ mile on the right at the intersection of Elm Street and Governors Way.
