Family & Friends Program

 
The Highlands is excited to introduce leaders in our greater community to our newest Family & Friends Program designed to help everyone come out a winner!
 
Our program is very simple.  It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.  
  1. Refer someone to The Highlands, for either Independent or Assisted Living.    The Highlands offers choices for those who wish to purchase and for others who wish to rent. 
  2. If they move in, then both your referral and your organization or church will be thanked with a generous appreciation gift.  
  3. Your Referral’s first month’s rent or home owners association fee will be free.  Also, your church or organization will receive a $500 donation from The Highlands for each referral you send to us that becomes a resident.
