Rental Choices

The Highlands offers rental choices for those who prefer to rent rather than own.  One monthly rental fee covers services including dining, housekeeping, wellness and fitness programs, and recreational and educational opportunities. Independent living residents choose from apartment homes in the Maine Lodge, including a variety of one bedroom and two bedroom options.

In addition, The Highlands is pleased to offer rental options for those who require additional care and services than those found in a traditional independent living atmosphere. Cadigan Lodge assisted living and Governor King memory care both provide the added measure of care to ensure peace of mind.  Those with long term care insurance benefit because their insurance plan often covers this monthly investment.
