Family & Friends Program

The Highlands is excited to introduce leaders in our greater community to our newest program designed to help everyone come out a winner!  We recognize that you come in contact with so many people.  In fact, some of them would be perfect candidates for relocating to The Highlands to enjoy a carefree lifestyle with the services and amenities to complement their daily lives.  We’re asking you to spread the word about The Highlands.  
 
Our program is very simple.  It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.  
  1. Refer someone to The Highlands, for either Independent or Assisted Living.The Highlands offers choices for those who wish to purchase and for others who wish to rent. 
  2. If they move in, then both your referral and your organization or church will be thanked with a generous appreciation gift.  
  3. Your Referral’s first month’s rent or home owners association fee will be free.Also, your church or organization will receive a $500 donation from The Highlands for each referral you send to us that becomes a resident.
We know that when people make major decisions, they turn to those they trust and whose opinions are respected.  We appreciate your referral, and we will do everything we can to make our customer’s experience a very positive one.
